Marguerite G. O’Brien Attabit
September 10, 1923 – April 7, 2009 Marguerite graciously passed from a courageous 3-1/2 year fight with Lung Cancer. She was the beloved wife of Leon Attabit and Mother of Bonnie J. Addario, Leon Attabit and Jacques Attabit. Mother-in-Law to Tony Addario and Cathy Attabit. Grandmother of Danielle Hicks, Jared Beltramo, Andrea Parks, Shannon Stafford and Christopher Attabit. Great Grandmother to Ryan, Alexis, Colton, Emily, Jack, Bella, John Thomas, Charlotte and Gianna. Marguerite was a wonderful Mom of the late 40′s and 50′s…a fabulous chef, always a kind word, a soft place to land and completely in love with her husband of 67 years. They met at St. Peter’s School in San Francisco and it was love at first sight. They were still holding hands on the day she died and his last words were “Goodbye Sweetheart”… Mom never learned to drive but she knew how to love and will be missed terribly by all…
