“Bring HOPE Home” with the Living Room —”Traiga ESPERANZA a casa” con la sala de estar

The impact of our Lung Cancer Living Room Support Group/Patient Education and Speaker Series, which to date has reached 145+ countries and had 500,000+ views, will continue to expand in 2015 for those living with lung cancer. Thanks to generous support from Genentech, Spanish-speakers will soon be able to see select past and future programs with Spanish subtitles through our Video Archive Library. This year we will also hold our first off-site all-Spanish program.

Through translation we are opening the door to hundreds of thousands of people globally living with this disease. Because accessibility is key to our mission, we also plan to take the Living Room “on the road” for the first time in 2015 by holding one on-site pilot program all in Spanish in Hollywood, FL at Memorial Cancer Institute, an ALCF Center of Excellence.
